Arnoldo Polanco, known affectionately as "Foco," passed away on October 22, 2023, in Valencia, California. Born on July 3, 1959, in Los Angeles, California, he lived a life filled with hard work, joyous moments, and unwavering love for his family and friends.

Arnoldo was a dedicated and diligent warehouse worker for five years in the steel products industry. He was often praised for going above and beyond the call of duty. In his earlier years, he showcased his natural talent as a salesman, captivating customers from his teenage years into young adulthood. Arnoldo pursued this profession with great enthusiasm and even tried to sell to Japanese tourists during their visits to Tijuana, Mexico.

However, Arnoldo's true passion lay in spending quality time with his beloved family. He cherished every moment he had with them and constantly reminded his mother that getting angry was never worth it. He believed that life is short and happiness should be cherished above all else. His outgoing personality radiated joy and love wherever he went.

Arnoldo had an incredible sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He had a knack for striking up conversations with complete strangers fearlessly. His quick wit and infectious laughter made him the life of every gathering. Additionally, Arnoldo had a talent for cooking and experimenting with various recipes. He relished both the process of cooking as well as savoring delicious meals. No party or celebration was complete without Arnoldo's infectious presence.

In his free time, Arnoldo enjoyed visiting the beach and sharing joyful moments with his children. They bonded over watching cartoons like The Simpsons and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles together. Arnoldo's love for animated shows also extended to being an avid Star Trek fan.

Unfortunately, Arnoldo's health declined in the past few weeks before his passing. Despite receiving medical attention in the hospital, his family received a heartbreaking call from the doctor informing them of his imminent passing. In a race against time, they rushed to be by his side but, tragically, could not make it before he left this world.

Arnoldo Polanco proudly celebrated the accomplishments of his sons, Arnoldo Herrera and Israel Acuña. He found immense joy in witnessing their successes and made sure to express his love and support at every opportunity. His paternal love knew no bounds.

Arnoldo will be deeply missed by his surviving family and friends. He is survived by his sons, Arnoldo Herrera and Israel Acuña, as well as his loving mother Carmen Herrera. He leaves behind cherished memories with his sibling Nora Barajas, brothers Ernesto Polanco and Jorge A. Cruz, sisters Ada Polanco and Celica Lopez, as well as his father Arnoldo Polanco, brother Hector Polanco, and nephew Carlos Alvarez.

Arnoldo Polanco's spirit of dedication, humor, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the honor of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace knowing that he touched countless lives with his presence and brought happiness wherever he went.
